1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the hair dye product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. Returns or exchanges must be initiated within two (2) weeks of the purchase date.

2. Process for Returns and Exchanges:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at hello@planethuemanity.com. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any relevant details.

Our Customer Support team will guide you through the return/exchange process and provide you with more details.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including the original order number. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Options:

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
